Come and stay at Brook Farm, where you can choose either Bed and Breakfast in a spacious suite in a wing of a converted barn (sleeps up to five people) or enjoy The Old Dairy Cottage which offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for four (plus cot) in beautifully renovated old farm buildings.

This is a great location from which many of the delights of both inland and coastal north-east Suffolk are easily reached. The seaside town of Southwold is within a short drive and the delightful market town of Halesworth is close by for day-to-day needs.Walkers will enjoy exploring the many local public footpaths which lead through this delightful rolling countryside. Brook Farm is nowadays a successful livery stables with The Old Dairy Cottage and the Bed and Breakfast accommodation at the edge of the complex, together with the owners' renovated barn and the traditional farmhouse. Both accommodations offer modern facilities, including Wi-Fi, in a quiet location and with handy on-site parking.

Enviable first-class livery facilites are offered to horses and their owners at Brook Farm Stables where sympathetic riding tuition is also available whether serious competitors or leisure riders. The yard is safe and secure, with qualified staff and is run by Juliet Penwarden, BHS Stable Manager and B.H.S. I.I. (regd) who is resident on-site.
