Spacious, light and airy accommodation awaits you at Brook Farm Bed and Breakfast. Guests have exclusive use of a wing of a converted 200 year old Suffolk Barn with their own entrance, lounge, and bedroom with ensuite. The renovations include modern facilities such as underfloor heating in the ensuite, double glazing, oil central heating to individually controlled radiators, and Wi-Fi.

Brook Farm is a working livery stable located off a country lane, with the guest suite on the edge of the complex so having easy access and plenty of parking space. This peaceful location is rich in local birdlife, wildlife and glorious night skies.

The market town of Halesworth with its wealth of independent shops is approximately three miles away. Sustrans National Cycle Route 1 (Dover to the Orkney and Shetland Isles) passes between here and Halesworth and is easily accessible.

The immediate area is of quiet lanes and public footpaths yet the popular seaside town of Southwold is within a 20 minute drive. Other local delights of the Suffolk Heritage Coast include the RSPB Nature Reserve at Minsmere, National Trust at Dunwich Cliffs and the seaside villages of Dunwich and Walberswick.

This flexible accommodation, sleeping up to five people, is all on the ground floor with its own independent access from paved area into:

  A light and airy room, well lit by natural light from two windows (with both horizontal blinds and curtains) and with a double sofa bed. Tea and coffee making facilities. Comfortable seating, side tables, wall clock, coat hooks, corner unit housing tourist information leaflets, TV with Freeview, fridge, table and chairs. Breakfast will be served to you at this table.

  Large, carpetted, twin-bedded or super king-sized bedroom with additional single chair bed. Built-in wardrobe and storage. Central bedside table. Both beds have their own overhead light with separate switching. Dressing table with mirror. Plenty of space to accommodate a travel cot, but please also bring baby's own linen and requirements.
• Ensuite
  Fully tiled with large shower cubicle, WC, wash basin with unit under and mirror over. Underfloor heating. Heated towel rail.

Breakfast

Cooked Full English Breakfast served to you at your table. All items locally sourced where possible, to include pork sausage and bacon from free-range pigs at Blythburgh near Southwold, plus free-range eggs from a farm further along the lane.
